With Xpresspost USA, you can track your shipments and confirm delivery with a signature. The service comes with on-time guarantees to most U.S. states. Each shipment is assigned a unique tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status of your package. It is important to note that Xpresspost-USA items should be treated as domestic Priority Mail by U.S. Postal Service employees. This service includes Delivery Confirmation, which means that every Xpresspost-USA item must receive a delivery scan and signature to ensure successful delivery. No exceptions will be made.

    The estimated arrival date for items shipped within the U.S. is typically 2-3 business days. Please note that delivery standards are based on shipments between major urban centers and may vary depending on the origin, destination, and other factors. The actual delivery times may differ from the estimated arrival date.

    Canada Post International Parcels

    Canada Post provides customers with a range of six international package and parcel services to choose from. These services include:

    Light Packet - This service has a maximum weight of 500 g and maximum dimensions of 380 mm × 270 mm × 20 mm. There is no delivery time guarantee, and it cannot be traced or investigated if it is lost or delayed.

    Small Packet - Both air and surface services are available with a maximum weight of 1 kg (USA) and 2 kg (International). However, it cannot be traced or investigated if it is lost or delayed.

    Xpresspost-USA and International - With a maximum weight of 30 kg (USA) and 20 to 30 kg (depending on the international destination), this service is handed off to the USPS/other postal administrations as Priority Mail Express/EMS.

    International Parcel - This service offers air and surface delivery options but does not guarantee an on-time delivery.

    Priority Worldwide - This service is partnered with FedEx and delivers packages overnight to the US and to more than 220 countries in 2-3 business days with detailed tracking.

    Expedited Parcel USA - This service is cheaper than the standard international rate and is handed off to the USPS as Priority Mail.

    Canada Post is the main postal operator in Canada, originally founded in 1867 as the Post Office Department of the Canadian government under the name "Royal Mail Canada". In the late 1960s, the corporation rebranded to the name "Canada Post". As of 2016, Canada Post provides service to over 16 million addresses and delivers approximately 8.4 billion mail items annually. Delivery is carried out by a fleet of 13,000 vehicles and 25,000 letter carriers who offer both traditional "to the door" service and centralized delivery.
