Terms of Service

This Agreement outlines the terms of the relationship between the User of this Site and the Administration of "trackeger.com" (hereinafter - the Site Administration).

The Site Administration may modify, add or remove clauses of this Agreement at any time without notifying the User. It is the User's responsibility to check this Agreement for any changes.

By using the Site, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement, including any changes that may be made to it.

Subject of the Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to grant the User access to the Goods and/or services available on the Website, which include access to mail tracking and site navigation tools, the ability to post messages, comments, reviews and rate site content. It applies to all current and future services provided by the Site. By accessing the Site, the User is deemed to have accepted this Agreement, which constitutes a public offer.

A responsibility

The Site Administration is not liable for any losses that may occur to the User as a result of intentional or reckless violation of this Agreement or unauthorized access to another User's communications. The Site Administration is not responsible for delays or malfunctions in the Site's operation due to force majeure or malfunctions in telecommunication, computer, electrical, and other related systems, or for actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems, and associated delays. The Site Administration is not responsible for the proper functioning of the Site if the User lacks the necessary technical means for its use and is not obligated to provide such means.
