    Amazon order tracking

Once an order has been shipped, you can track your package on Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.ca, and other Amazon websites. To find tracking information for your order, go to Your Orders and view your order details. If your order includes multiple items, each may have a separate delivery date and tracking information. With this information, you can monitor the progress of your delivery and ensure that it arrives on time.

    Amazon Tracking

Once Amazon has picked, packed, and shipped your order, each shipped package will be assigned a unique identifier. As the package travels through different destinations, this identifier is scanned and the tracking information is reported back to you in real-time, allowing you to see exactly where your items are at all times. Amazon provides a tracking number for each order, which is sent to you by email and can also be found on your order page. This information enables you to track your package and stay informed about its expected delivery date.

    Amazon Logistics Package Tracking

Due to restrictions, tracking Amazon Logistics deliveries with regular tracking numbers is not possible. Instead, you can use the original tracking link that was provided in the shipping confirmation email from Amazon. To track your package, open the shipping confirmation email and click on the 'Track your package' link. Once the web page loads, copy the page link to your clipboard. This link will enable you to track your Amazon Logistics delivery and stay up to date on its progress.

How to track Amazon order without tracking number?

It is important to note that without a tracking number, it may not be possible to track your Amazon order in real-time. However, you can still try the following steps to track your order:

    • Check your email for any shipping confirmation or delivery updates from Amazon.
    • Look for your Amazon order number, which should have a format like: 123-0000000-0000000.
    • Go to the "My Orders" page on Amazon and find your order.
    • Copy and paste the order link that looks like: https://www.amazon.com/progress-tracker/package/ref=ppx_yo_mob_b_track_package_o0?_encoding=UTF8&itemId=jllnttlrtiqoqo&orderId=171-8489119-7046362&vt=

Our tracking service can help you track packages from these companies and others. Simply enter your tracking number from Amazon into the search field above to track your package.

How can I track a package that someone else bought for me on Amazon?

To track your Amazon package, ask the person who purchased the item for the tracking number or Amazon order number. You can then enter the tracking number or Amazon order number in the search field above to track your package. Amazon order numbers are similar to 123-0000000-0000000, and every purchase comes with a tracking number. Even if you don't have a tracking number, you can still track your Amazon package using the order number.

    Amazon USPS tracking

To track Amazon packages delivered by USPS, go to the My Orders page on the Amazon website, click the Track Package button next to the order, and scroll down to the bottom of the shipment details page to find the USPS tracking number. Then enter the tracking number into the search field on the USPS package tracking page.

Amazon USPS tracking number doesn't work

In case USPS website doesn't recognize the tracking number provided by Amazon, it could be due to the involvement of a mail forwarder like DHL eCommerce, which picked up your package from outside the US and is currently transporting it to the US. Until the package is handed over to USPS by the mail forwarder, it won't be trackable on USPS's website.

Alternatively, it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be updated in the USPS tracking system. If you wish to track your package from its origin country to the US, you can use our universal package tracking service.

    Amazon China Post Tracking

To track your Amazon order shipped through China Post, you can use the tracking number provided on the Amazon order details page. These tracking numbers usually start with Lx, Rx, or Ux, followed by a string of numbers. China Post is a slow and affordable delivery method that typically takes 15 to 35 days for delivery. Simply enter the tracking number in the search field above and click on Track Package to start tracking.

    Amazon Equick Tracking

If you have a tracking number that doesn't look like EQKME1120021300YQ or 7112647708 and Amazon shows that your order was shipped with Equick, it may not be a valid Equick tracking number. Ask your Amazon seller for a valid Equick tracking number to track your package.

Amazon UPS Tracking ID Not Working?

To track a UPS package from Amazon, look for the tracking number in your Amazon order details. If the tracking number is not working or shows errors, it may mean that the shipping has not been picked up by the courier or scanned as received. Wait for up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be logged by the courier. If the issue persists, you can contact the Amazon seller for assistance. UPS tracking numbers for domestic packages in the US usually begin with "1Z" followed by a 16-digit number.

    Amazon UPS InfoNotice Number tracking

Why there is no tracking information on Amazon?

There are various reasons why tracking information may not be available for your Amazon orders, even if they have already been shipped. These reasons include:

    • The carrier may not have acknowledged receipt of the package until it arrives at a regional hub near the destination.
    • The first scan may not occur until the package is delivered.
    • Some types of shipments, such as Standard International shipments, may not be trackable.
    • Marketplace sellers may not always provide Amazon with tracking information for their orders.

    Amazon US Tracking

Amazon.com has started utilizing various regional carriers for its deliveries, and in some cases, national carriers may also use regional carriers for package delivery. As a result, the tracking information may not be accurately reflected on the national carrier's website.

Some large or heavy items are shipped by specialty carriers such as CEVA, ABF, Pilot, or XPO. In addition, OnTrac is used for same-day deliveries to Seattle, while Parcel Pool is used for standard deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii.

The most commonly used carriers by Amazon for delivering packages include UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, ECMS EXPRESS, Landmark Global, LaserShip, and Amazon Logistics (AMZL_US).

If your Royal Mail tracking number is not recognized, wait at least 48 hours for the seller to pack and ship your order and for updates to propagate through Amazon and Royal Mail systems. It may take some time for the Royal Mail website to recognize the tracking number, usually starting to work the day after it's collected.

    Amazon Royal Mail No Tracking

Royal Mail sends First and Second Class packages with regular post, which are not trackable. If the order fits in your post box and you're not home, it will be posted. However, if it's too large, a card will be left, and it will be taken to your local delivery office. It's advisable to add a phone number to your delivery address to enable Royal Mail to contact you in case of any delivery issues.

Can I collect my Royal Mail package?

To collect your item after receiving a "While you were out" card, you can visit the Royal Mail Delivery Office instead of scheduling a redelivery. Ensure that you have a valid photo ID and proof of address with you.

    Tracking Amazon Logistics France

To track your Amazon Logistics France delivery, follow the steps outlined in the Amazon Logistics Package Tracking section above.

    Tracking Doesn't Match Carrier's Website

Tracking information may vary slightly between carrier websites and Your Account. Each carrier uses its own terminology for different shipment statuses. Amazon simplifies updates in Your Account for ease of understanding.

For example, UPS may display "A UPS shipping label has been created", while Amazon's status may show "Shipment has left seller facility and is in transit", indicating that the package has left the Amazon or merchant fulfillment center.

Similarly, USPS's "Notice left" may be displayed as "Delivery Attempted" in Amazon's status, indicating that a delivery attempt was made for the package.

In another case, UPS's "Same Day Will Call" can be shown as "Available for pickup" in Amazon's status, indicating that the package is ready for pickup at the carrier's facility.

What does 'Delivery attempted' mean on Amazon?

If the business was closed on the day the package arrived, it will be scanned as "Business closed". However, if it is scanned as "Delivery attempted", it means the carrier tried to deliver the package, but there was no one available to receive it or no secure place to leave it. In such cases, a notice will be left for the customer to pick it up at the post office or request redelivery. If there is no update, it means the customer has not picked up the package from the post office.

If the status shows "Delivery attempted will try again", it means USPS will attempt redelivery, usually on the next day. After the second attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for the customer to pick up the package at the post office.

Amazon no tracking number was provided by the seller

There can be several reasons why there is no tracking number on Amazon. For instance, certain shipments like Standard International shipments are not trackable. Moreover, in case of inexpensive items, some sellers do not provide tracking until a customer claims that they never received the ordered item. This is because adding tracking to such items incurs additional cost for the sellers.

    Amazon Deutsche Post Brief tracking

Packages sent through Deutsche Post Brief are typically not trackable and are delivered directly to mailboxes. However, if your tracking number is in the format of AA0035084649 or AB0310919462, you can track it using Swiship.de.

    Amazon DPD Tracking

Amazon may indicate that orders for Australian and New Zealand customers have been shipped with DPD, but last-mile delivery will actually be managed by Aramex Australia/New Zealand (previously known as Fastway Couriers) after DPD hands over the package. Tracking for Amazon DPD packages to AU/NZ is available at https://uktracking.asendia.com/tracking-dpd.php.

When tracking your order on Amazon, you may see the message "Sorry we missed you. DPD tried to deliver your package today but didn't want to leave it unattended. Please look for a notice of attempted delivery or contact DPD for the next steps."

Amazon track order by order number

Looking for a way to track your Amazon India order using the order number? You can still do so! Simply enter your Amazon order number, which will look something like 701-9923802-8100257 or 112-5992395-9619458. However, for orders from other countries, tracking is only available on the Amazon website or by using our mobile apps for iOS and Android. You can find your Amazon order number in the email confirmation or by going to the "My Orders" page.

    Amazon Shipping & Delivery Time

The order summary provides the estimated delivery date for each shipment before placing the order. After ordering, the estimated delivery date will appear in Your Orders. The estimated delivery date is calculated by adding the transit time to the estimated shipping date, based on the shipping speed chosen. The transit time is calculated using business days and excludes weekends and holidays unless specified.

How long does it take for Amazon package to arrive from China to U.S.?

Packages shipped from China to Amazon in the United States can be delivered via the United States Postal Service or through courier services such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Deliveries via USPS usually take 15-20 days on average, while express courier services like FedEx, UPS, and DHL can deliver packages within 7-14 days.

Amazon item ordered, but it hasn’t shipped yet

To avoid worry, rest assured that Amazon will only charge your credit card once the order has been confirmed. Prior to confirmation, you can cancel the order by navigating to Accounts and Lists > Your Account > Your Orders, and selecting the option to Cancel Order.

    Amazon package lost?

If you're experiencing a missing Amazon package, it may have been "lost in transit" or labeled as "undeliverable" due to carrier issues. In this case, it's recommended to track your Amazon package with our postal tracker, which has integration with over 400+ courier services to potentially find new information. If you see a message in the Amazon Orders section saying, "Sorry, your package was lost in transit. Please contact Amazon for the next steps," contact Amazon support for further assistance.

Amazon package delivered but not received

If your Amazon order page says your package was delivered but you haven't received it, don't panic. Amazon will issue a refund if the package doesn't arrive. Check the courier company that delivered the package. If it was AMZL (Amazon Logistics), there are a few possibilities: the driver is still on the way, the driver accidentally marked it as delivered, or the package was misdelivered. If you don't see your package by the end of the day, around 8 pm, call the delivery company for assistance.

Finding a missing package that shows as delivered

If your Amazon package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, there are several things you can do. First, check with your neighbors or someone who may have accepted the order at your address. If you have an Amazon Locker, check to see if the package was delivered there. Additionally, some deliveries use multiple carriers, including the regular postal service, so check your letterbox. If you cannot locate your package, check around your delivery location, as it may be available in a safe place such as a garage or porch. You may also find an attempted delivery notification in your letterbox, in which case you can follow the instructions to arrange for package collection or redelivery. Make sure to check that the shipping address was correct on your order, as sometimes delivery drivers are unable to find the correct address. If you are not in a rush, you can wait for the next 36 to 48 hours, as the package may still be in transit even if the tracking shows it as delivered.

Amazon tracking information not updating or Amazon shipping not updating tracking?

f the tracking information for your Amazon package is unavailable, it could be due to delays in carrier tracking-database updates, the tracking system's complexity, or incomplete integration with Amazon's tracking systems.

In case your package hasn't been delivered by the estimated delivery date and the tracking information remains unchanged, it's advisable to wait for an additional day or two. Typically, packages are delivered either on or soon after the estimated delivery date.

Below are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:

    • The first scan of the package may occur after it arrives at a regional hub near the destination. This is typical when there's a high shipping volume, and packages are processed in bulk. Until the first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package.
    • The first scan may be on delivery.
    • Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments, cannot be tracked.
    • Some Amazon Marketplace sellers don't provide tracking information for their orders.
